Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The location is fantastic! Within walking distance of major train lines, convenience stores, and eateries makes exploring Tokyo a breeze.

The room was quite cramped, making it difficult for two people to comfortably navigate around our luggage.

I really enjoyed my stay with the spacious room and delicious breakfast that kicked off my day perfectly. The cozy lounge area and quick access to the convenience store made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Only downside was the air conditioning was a bit tricky to manage, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

In my wife’s opinion, the room could have had a few more amenities for kids.

Awesome stay near Akihabara!

The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly and spoke great English. It’s only a short walk to Akihabara, which was perfect for us. They even had a convenience store on-site. The breakfast at the restaurant was decent too. Only thing was the bathroom was a bit small for my liking.

The room was comfy and squeaky clean. Bedding and pillows felt brand new, which was awesome. I appreciated the extra space in the toilet compared to other hotels. Everything was organized well, even though it was on the smaller side. Definitely a solid place for the price.

I loved being just a few steps away from Kanda Shrine and Ueno Park, which made my weekend strolls so enjoyable and tranquil after exploring the bustling streets of Akihabara nearby, where I found a charming family market right next to the hotel that catered to all my needs.

I loved the location of Mystays. It's a quick stroll to Akihabara, close to all the action yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The staff were super friendly and made my check-in and check-out smooth. My room was spacious and clean, with fresh bedding and comfortable pillows. There’s a Family Mart right in the lobby, perfect for late-night snacks. The only downside was the fridge in the room. it was too small for my needs. I also noticed that the wake-up call system was a bit glitchy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely return, despite the fridge issue.

The hotel offered a great location, making it easy to access various attractions like Ueno Zoo and Senso-ji. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, my room had issues with the temperature, as I couldn't adjust the air conditioning, leaving it uncomfortably warm at night. Storage options were limited, and I also had some troubles with the laundry facilities not drying clothes efficiently.
